About the Role
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct and participate in FLHAs, tailgate meetings, and equipment inspections.
• Perform window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure cleaning.
• Use ladders, water fed poles and pressure washing equipment in populated areas.
• Conduct work from the ropes, ladders, and man-lifts.

Employment Type:
• Full-time seasonal employment, May 1st – August 31st (student opportunity).
• Full-time seasonal employment, May 1st – October 31st.
Work Area:
• Edmonton and the surrounding municipalities.
Salary:
• $20 - $35 per hour (based on relative experience).

Requirements
Valid Alberta driver’s license and transportation method.
IRATA or SPRAT preferred (not required).
Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
Excellent problem solving, adaptability and time management skills.
Exhibit a safety-consciousness mindset and a professional work ethic.
Physically fit, able to ascend and descend ladders.
Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.

As a rope access technician, the primary responsibilities will be window cleaning of condominium and commercial properties. Additional responsibly will include the use of water-fed poles, pressure washing equipment, ladders, and man-lifts.
All training is paid for and provided by Off The Ledge Inc. (OTL).
