About the Role
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and participate in FLHAs, tailgate meetings, and equipment inspections.
- Window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure cleaning.
- Use ladders, water fed poles and pressure washing equipment in populated areas.
- Conduct work from the ground, ladders, roofs, man-lifts, and potentially rope access.

Employment Type:
- Full-time seasonal employment, May 1st – August 31st (student opportunity).
- Full-time seasonal employment, May 1st – October 31st.
Work Area:
- Edmonton and the surrounding municipalities.
Salary:
- $20 (starting) - $35 per hour (based on relative experience).
- Paid overtime.
- Year-end bonuses.
Daily Schedule:
- Monday - Friday with the potential for weekend work.
- 8 - 10 hours a day.
Requirements
Valid Alberta driver’s license and transportation method.
Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
Excellent problem solving, adaptability and time management skills.
Exhibit a safety-consciousness mindset and a professional work ethic.
Physically fit, able to ascend and descend ladders.
Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.

As an exterior maintenance technician, the primary responsibilities will be window cleaning of condominium and commercial properties, pressure washing of walkways and entrances, and cleaning of eavestroughs. This will require the use of hand-held tools, water-fed poles, and pressure washing equipment. Access methods may include ladders, man-lifts, and potentially rope access.
